Electrostatic powder coating, commonly known as powder coating, is a solvent-free surface coating technique. This method involves applying a layer of very fine powder particles to the surface, which are then baked to create a durable finish. The process starts with the electrostatic spraying of powder particles, which adhere to the material due to an electrostatic charge. After application, the coated product is heated in an oven, causing the powder to melt and chemically bond to the surface, creating a solid, protective layer.

Argon welding is the word “Tungsten Inert Gas” that gives the welding method its name. Welding is also called the initials of this word and is referred to as TIG welding.
The heat to perform the welding process is generated between the electrodes made of tungsten metal, which has a very high melting point, and the parts to be welded. The welding zone is protected by argon or helium gas sent from a nozzle surrounding the electrode. The electrodes used in the Tig (argon) welding method allow to join the welded material by melting, without melting themselves. When deemed necessary, additional welding rods are delivered to the welding area by the welder or by automatic wire feeding devices, as in oxy gas welding.

Automatic operating mode
The Frame Welding Machine is made of welded parts of different sizes and is designed to obtain the desired special H
profiles. The machine body and the welding heads are fixed and the workpiece provide to be welded on both sides of the
part to be welded by moving by means of driven conveyors.
The hydraulic cylinders in the system provide the positioning
of the H profile placing and fixing during welding.The system
has adjustable backrests and accessories for the roofing of the
conveyor group.The system has a hydraulic piston loading unit.
The system might turn beam 90 degree with maximum weight
and maximum dimensions by means of chain or mechanical
structure.

Bundles are used for generating superheated, saturated steam and hot water to meet the requirment of process by utilising waste heat in power plants.
We manufacture bundles according to ASME and EN standard with high frequency welded fintubes which is produced by Eralp.
*We are manufacturing Solid and Serrated Type.
*We can weld fin material thickness between 0,8 mm - 2 mm for high frequency welded spiral finning tubes.
*It is possible to weld fin thickness less than 0,8 mm but it is not recommended.
*Pitch distance is determined according to pipe diameter and thermodynamic calculation. We are able to manufacture fintubes pitch in the range of 3,5 - 20 mm.
Rotators are designed for turning workpieces and taking the appropriate position of large diameter and tonnage tank, tanker, pipe etc. The system consists of one electrically driven and one idler rotators which are roboust chasis structure and designed according to the weight of the workpiece. Rotator’s wheels designed according to workpiece specifications and diameters wheels are coated special non-slip material coatings.
